Full Review

Very clean, easy to use CRM with great features and easy to customize. From the manager perspective, Capsule helps me keep track of what my team are working on with customers and partners without them having copy me in on everything. I like being able to create cases which allows me to set workflow for common tasks such as signing up new customers or support. Customizable fields makes it flexible and easy to implement.

Social media integration is great, always easy to be able to remember a person by having their Facebook picture in front of you. Integration with Gmail, Mailchimp and Xero is awesome. Don’t have many bad things to say. The gmail app makes it really easy to store messages and new contacts into Capsule. I also find the iPhone app really useful when I’m out of the office.

There’s no user’s guide to refer to so if you are new to using CRMs, your best bet is to do some good web search, find a Virtual Assistant that can help you implement, and be ready to spend some quality time with the support desk, if you need it. I wish there’s an integration with project management systems like 5 p.m. Also webforms are difficult to implement if you do not have any coding experience. Capsule calculates what’s in the pipeline based on percentage chance of winning a piece of business. This gives an inaccurate way to measure what’s really in the pipeline for certain businesses.

Pros

  • Easy to Use
  • Many Integrations
  • Solid iPhone App

Cons

  • UK Based Support Times
  • Small Storage Per User
  • Large Learning Curve
