Picnic CRM a very simple CRM for small business and solopreneurs that might have a small number of clients/customers. Its features are very basic and easily found in any other CRM available in the market. A dashboard with the upcoming tasks and more recent activities in the CRM, a “contacts” tab where you can review all contacts in the system and that allows the solopreneur or small business owner to import and export leads, clients or leads. However, all contacts are treated as “contacts” and there’s no difference between a lead and a customer. The task manager is very simple and notes can be exchange between the users. Also integrate through MailChimps’s API, Google/Gmail, and ConstantContact. Picnic also has a social CRM component which allows business owner keep up with their clients through the social media outlets and is planning on implementing on other third party integrations with salesforce and jigsaw. Due to its simplicity, this CRM can also be a good solution for users that aren’t interested in customizations or any type of complex data.

Picnic CRM is a great product for a small business or startup who need a contact management platform on the cheap. I doesn’t come with many bells or whistles so there is little in the way of a learning curve. You can have this up and running quickly for you and your staff so you can get back to business instead trying to learn some complex CRM system. If your ready for something to just get it done I would choose Picnic CRM as your key choice. Once your business grows and need expand you will want to look at other CRMs that have the full list of integrations and the costs associated with that.

You can also manage your day to day tasks in Picnic CRM which means all your import names and ToDos are in one place. Give their free version a try if you like the idea of a simple system that does just what you need it to and nothing more.
